At Dhuniya Sweets (Pvt) Ltd, we strive to provide high-quality sweets, snacks, and sambal products. Due to the perishable nature of our items, we have a strict no returns policy. However, we understand that issues may arise, and we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction.

2. No Returns Policy

  • Since our products are food items, we do not accept returns or exchanges for safety and hygiene reasons.
  • Once an order has been delivered, it cannot be returned under any circumstances.

3. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds or replacements only in the following situations:

  • Damaged Products – If you receive a product that is physically damaged during delivery.
  • Incorrect Order – If you receive the wrong item(s) that do not match your order.
  • Expired Products – If an expired item is mistakenly delivered.

To be eligible for a refund or replacement, you must:

  1. Notify us within 24 hours of receiving the order.
  2. Provide clear photos or videos showing the issue.
  3. Keep the product in its original packaging (if applicable).

4. Refund Process

  • After reviewing your request, we will determine if you qualify for a refund or replacement.
  • If approved, you may receive:
    • A replacement product (if stock is available).
    • A partial or full refund (processed within 5-7 business days).
  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.

5. Cancellations

  • Orders can only be canceled within 1 hour of placing them.
  • Once an order is processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
