At Dhuniya Sweets (Pvt) Ltd, we strive to provide high-quality sweets, snacks, and sambal products. Due to the perishable nature of our items, we have a strict no returns policy. However, we understand that issues may arise, and we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction.
2. No Returns Policy
- Since our products are food items, we do not accept returns or exchanges for safety and hygiene reasons.
- Once an order has been delivered, it cannot be returned under any circumstances.
3. Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds or replacements only in the following situations:
- Damaged Products β If you receive a product that is physically damaged during delivery.
- Incorrect Order β If you receive the wrong item(s) that do not match your order.
- Expired Products β If an expired item is mistakenly delivered.
To be eligible for a refund or replacement, you must:
- Notify us within 24 hours of receiving the order.
- Provide clear photos or videos showing the issue.
- Keep the product in its original packaging (if applicable).
4. Refund Process
- After reviewing your request, we will determine if you qualify for a refund or replacement.
- If approved, you may receive:
- A replacement product (if stock is available).
- A partial or full refund (processed within 5-7 business days).
- Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
5. Cancellations
- Orders can only be canceled within 1 hour of placing them.
- Once an order is processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
